New Hope Presbytery
Display Table setup is at 8:00AM at Peace Presbyterian Church, 301 Guiness Dr., Winterville, NC 28590 . This time will allow for adequate time for all display table host(s) to arrive, check-in to the meeting, and setup your display table. The display table must be hosted until the display table breakdown that occurs after lunch. Please note that Presbytery staff are unable to host your table for you. If the display table host(s) are unable to arrive by 7:30AM, please notify Shauna Villela ASAP. If your group does not arrive by 9:00AM, your display table registration will be canceled.
Please note the following details regarding the display table registration:
-1 table will be provided per display table registration
-Please be sure to bring any stationary and office supplies that your display table may require
-Chairs are available on a first come, first serve basis
-Each display table host must be registered to attend the meeting
-Each display table must be equipped with a name signage that clearly communicates the name of your organization
-Each display table must be equipped with literature and information that the meeting attendees may gather as a resource
-The Wi-Fi network and password will be provided upon arrival
-***Please contact Shauna with any small requests that your display table may require
All display table host(s) must be registered for the meeting to be able to attend. Registration for the general meeting will open on Friday, January 16.
