New Hope Presbytery
Greetings from The Presbytery of New Hope. We are preparing for our upcoming presbytery-wide meeting, and there will be an opportunity for you to showcase your organization’s information. John the Baptist, in Luke 3:10-11, urged sharing resources with those who lack them. God has provided way for us to resource our Presbytery and community with helpful information, and you can be a part of that.
The 129th Stated Gathering of the Presbytery of New Hope is on Saturday, October 24th, at St Giles Presbyterian Church in Raleigh, N.C. You are invited to host a display table at our stated gathering on this date. This is an opportunity to distribute information about your organization’s program or the mission of your committee to meeting attendees.
Please note the following details regarding the display table registration:
We recommend arriving and setting up your table at 7:30AM. This time will allow for adequate time to arrive, check-in to the meeting, grab breakfast, and setup your display table. Meeting registration and check in officially opens at 8AM.
-Display table breakdown occurs right after lunch.Â
-We recommend remaining stationed at your table as much as possible, especially during high traffic times (8AM-10:30AM and during the lunch hour, typically 12PM-1PM). Presbytery staff are unable to setup and/or host your table for you.
-1 table will be provided per display table registration. Chairs are available on a first come, first serve basis.
-Please be sure to bring any stationary and office supplies that your display table may require.
-Each display table host must be registered to attend the meeting. Register here.
-Each display table must be equipped with a name signage that clearly communicates the name of your organization
-The Wi-Fi network and password will be provided upon arrival. Power and access to an electric outlet is not guaranteed.Â
– Display table registrations are due by Monday, October 19th, at 1:00pm.
