Presbyterian Women

For over two hundred years, Presbyterian Women organizations have played a vital role in the mission and ministry of the Presbyterian Church. Today, that rich history continues in congregations, synods, and presbyteries across the denomination.

In New Hope Presbytery, the Presbyterian Women organization consists of over one hundred New Hope congregations that have active Presbyterian Women circles. These circles conduct Bible study, engage in church and community projects, and contribute to such special offerings as the Birthday Offering, Thank Offering, and Fellowship of the Least Coin which provide funding for child care, agricultural projects, and community development to name just a few.

Today, the contributions that Presbyterian Women organizations make to the life of the church embody their Purpose Statement and reflects their mission and ministry.
